Luíza Fazio
Screenwriter
Luíza Fazio is a screenwriter with a specialization in screenwriting from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
She wrote "Sintonia" (2018, Netflix), the platform's most successful Brazilian series; the second season of "Invisible City" (2021, Netflix), created by Oscar-nominated director Carlos Saldanha and number 1 in over 40 countries; "Sentença" (2019, Prime Video); "LOV3" (2021, Prime Video); the documentary series "Lexa" (2021, Globoplay); and the comedy series "Carenteners" (2020, Warner) and "Samantha!" (2018, Netflix).
For two years she was a fixed screenwriter at Emmy-nominated production company LB Entertainment, developing projects for international players.
Luíza was recently nominated by the US Embassy in Brasilia for the oldest literary residency in the world, the International Writing Program (IWP) at the University of Iowa, which since 1967 has brought together 35 selected writers from all continents every year.
At the age of 16 he published his first book, "Laboratório do Escritor" (2010), an anthology of short stories funded by PROAC.
