Fabio Rodrigo
Director and Screenwriter
Fabio Rodrigo is a Brazilian director and screenwriter.
He is the director of the tv series ''Histórias (Im)possíveis'' (2023, Globo), the second season of the series ''Os Outros'' (2024, Globoplay) and the soap opera “Vale Tudo” (2025, Globo). He is known for directing the film ''Lúcida'' (2016), which won the Best Short Film award at the Gramado Film Festival in 2016 by the critics' jury.
In 2018, he won the Best Director award at the same festival for ''Kairo'' (2018). His most recent film, ''Entre Nós e o Mundo'' (2020), premiered at the Tiradentes Film Festival and won four awards at the Gramado Film Festival in 2021, including Best Director, Best Editing, Special Jury Prize and Best Film by the Critics' Jury.
He is also one of the creators of the IRA NEGRA nucleus, films from the ghetto for the ghetto.
