Priscila Sztejnman is an actress, screenwriter, and writer. She holds a degree in Acting from UniverCidade and a degree in Film from PUC-Rio, where she also completed postgraduate studies in Literature and Performing Arts.

As a screenwriter, she worked exclusively at TV Globo for 13 years, becoming the company’s youngest writer to be promoted to head writer.

She wrote the film “O Natal Perfeito” (2020) and the telenovela “Malhação: Transformação“ (which has not yet aired). As a collaborator, she was part of the writing team for the telenovela “Malhação: Intensa como a Vida" (2012), by Rosane Svartman and Gloria Barreto; the program “Na Moral” (2013); as well as a miniseries with Daniel Burman. She also wrote and directed the documentary short “Agora eu sou Estamira” (2012), which screened at many festivals across Brazil.

As an actress, she has appeared in several telenovelas, with her most recent highlights including: “Vai na Fé” (2023), “Totalmente Demais” (2015), and “Novo Mundo” (2017); and in series such as “Justiça” (2016), “Questão de Família” (2017), “Sob Pressão” (2018), and "Cê faz o quê?” (2012). In theater, she has starred in many plays, such as: “Rita Formiga” (2017), “Como a Gente Gosta” (2015), and “O Céu está vazio” (2012).

In cinema, she has acted in nine films so far, and her most recent standout works include: “Segundo Tempo” (2019), “4x100” (2019), “Correndo por um sonho”, and “Maria do Caritó” (2019).

In 2024, her first year in the market, Priscila signed on to write Julia Rezende’s next film, a drama. She wrote a romantic comedy with Portuguese screenwriter and producer Pedro Lopes and developed a series for the production company Pródigo.

In literature, she published the short story “Nasceu Menina” with Janela Livraria and Mapa Lab. As an actress, she appeared in the comedy film “Agentes Especiais”, directed by Pedro Antônio Paes, and in the drama series “Angela Diniz”, directed by Andrucha Waddington—both scheduled for release in 2025. Priscila is currently developing, as a screenwriter, a series produced by Pródigo for Netflix.
