Pedro Antonio
Director and Screenwriter
Pedro Antonio is a screenwriter and director with a degree in Advertising from PUC-Rio and in Theater from Unirio.
He started out in the audiovisual field directing TV series such as "Os Buchas" (2007). As a director, he has directed more than 20 television programs, including: the first season of "Lady Night" (2017, Multishow), six editions of the Multishow Humor Award (2012), "220 Volts" (2016, Multishow) with Paulo Gustavo, and was showrunner for three seasons of the series "LOL - Se Rir Já Era" (2021, Amazon).
In film, he directed the features "Tô Ryca!" (2016), "Um Tio Quase Perfeito" 1 (2017) and 2 (2021), "Os Salafrários" (2021), "Altas Expectativas" (2017), "Tô Ryca 2" (2021), "Uma Pitada de Sorte" (2022), "Fazendo Meu Filme" (2024) and "Evidências do Amor" (2024).
He has just finished the 4th and 5th seasons of the series "LOL" and is currently writing the screenplays for two feature films: "Jeff & Jonhy" and "Making My Movie 2".
