In cinema, Gleici Damasceno stood out for her role as Sandra in the feature film "Noites Alienígenas" (2022), directed by Sérgio de Carvalho, winner of Best Film by both the official jury and the critics’ jury at the Gramado Film Festival, in addition to four other awards. The film was also shortlisted to represent Brazil at the Oscars. Her performance in the project earned her a nomination for Best Actress.
Also in cinema, she played Laura in "Resistir para Recomeçar" (2023) and portrayed another Laura in "Ninguém é de Ninguém" (2023), directed by Wagner de Assis. Her most recent film work is the feature "Maria da Liberdade" — which does not yet have a confirmed release date —, shot in Acre, reinforcing her connection with Amazonian narratives.
Gleici is also part of the cast of the second season of the series "Amor da Minha Vida" (2026). In addition, she appeared in the series "Tarã" — which also does not yet have a confirmed release date —, playing Mayu, under the direction of Marco Dutra and Juliana Rojas.
She also acted in and directed a web series titled "Todos merecem o céu" (2021).
